2024 Toyota Tundras
Vehicles Affected: Toyota is recalling more than 43,500 model-year 2024 Tundra pickups equipped with a V35A engine.
The Problem: According to the automaker, debris accumulated during the manufacturing process may contaminate the engine and cause a main bearing to fail, resulting in an engine stall and loss of drive power.
The Fix: The remedy is currently under development, but necessary repairs will be free of charge. Owner notification letters will be sent July 6.

2024–26 Hyundai Elantra Hybrids
Vehicles Affected: Hyundai is recalling more than 54,300 model-year 2024–26 Elantra Hybrids.
The Problem: According to the automaker, the hybrid power control unit in these vehicles may overheat due to the unit’s software failing to provide sufficient cooling.
The Fix: Dealers will update the HPCU for free. Hyundai will notify owners July 13.

2019–23 Jeep Cherokees
Vehicles Affected: Parent company Stellantis is recalling more than 61,700 model-year 2019–23 Cherokees.
The Problem: According to the automaker, the power transfer unit may fail, thereby causing a loss of drive power or vehicle rollaway.
The Fix: The remedy is currently under development. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed June 25.

Mercedes-Benz Recalls 144,000 Vehicles
Vehicles Affected: Mercedes-Benz is recalling more than 144,000 vehicles, including model-year 2024–26 AMG GT, C-Class, E-Class, SL, CLE and GLC models.
The Problem: According to the automaker, the infotainment control unit may reset while the vehicle is in motion, causing the instrument panel display to go blank.
The Fix: Dealers will update the infotainment control unit for free. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 26.

Tesla Recalls 218,800 Vehicles
Vehicles Affected: Tesla is recalling more than 218,800 model-year 2017 and 2021–23 Model 3 sedans, 2020–23 Model Y SUVs and 2021–23 Model S sedans and Model X SUVs.
The Problem: According to the automaker, the rearview camera image in these vehicles may not appear immediately when the vehicle is put into Reverse, reducing the driver’s rear visibility and increasing the risk of a crash.
The Fix: Tesla has released a free over-the-air software update. The automaker will begin notifying owners July 3.

2024–26 Ford Rangers & Broncos
Vehicles Affected: Ford is recalling 179,700 model-year 2024–26 Rangers and Broncos.
The Problem: According to the automaker, the seat frame height-adjust pivot bolt may be loose or dislodged. As a result, it may not properly restrain an occupant in the event of a crash.
The Fix: Dealers will inspect and replace the pivot links and bolts for free. Interim letters notifying owners of the issue are expected to be mailed May 11.
