Velocity Modern Classics Restructures Executive Team
Velocity Modern Classics has restructured its executive team, the company announced.
Stuart Wilson, founder and former CEO, will continue to lead Velocity Modern Classics with a renewed focus on brand strategy and operations as executive chairman, the company announced. Jeremy Hans will assume the role of chief executive officer of Velocity, moving from his previous position as partner. Jeremy brings years of leadership experience as the founder of a commercial real estate investment firm and 16 years as a U.S. Navy Officer and helicopter pilot. Hans will oversee all divisions of the company and focus on long-term growth as Velocity launches its new K5 Blazer, Mustang, and F-Series truck offerings later this year, the company said.
Velocity Modern Classics also welcomed three new members to its executive team. Tom Maxwell joins the team as chief revenue officer to oversee the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Paul Slater brings over two decades of experience as an accomplished manufacturing and supply chain operations executive to the role of chief operating officer. Michael Rodgers will serve as Velocity’s chief financial officer with 25 years of professional finance experience in both the public and private sectors.
“Our new executive team has been carefully selected to lead Velocity into its next phase of growth,” said Stuart Wilson, founder and executive chairman. “With our expanding vehicle lineup, the exponential growth of our staff and the current state of the aftermarket industry, we are prepared to meet the challenges ahead. We have many exciting things planned for Velocity in the coming months, and I am confident that these additions to the team will continue to build on our successes and drive Velocity forward.”
