Proposed Law Could Ease Window Tinting Restrictions in Utah

The state Senate in Utah has introduced a bill to allow for window tinting as long as it meets the minimum standard of 25-percent light transmittance, according to SEMA Action Network (SAN).

The current standard for tint in Utah allows no more than 43 percent light transmittance. The bill has been referred to the Senate Committee on Rules.
