INEOS Pauses Production on Grenadier Models

A new report from Motor 1 notes that INEOS has halted production on of its Grenadier SUV. The news comes on the tail of the announcement of the brand’s second model, the Grenadier Quartermaster pickup.
A recent update to the report lays blame on seat manufacturer Recaro as the main culprit for the pause in production as the stall cites supplier sources as the issue behind the pause. Recaro announced its bankruptcy a few weeks ago and the news from the manufacturer seems to line up with the stall from the seat maker, according to Motor 1. The pause on production is expected to last until at least 2025.
The Grenadier is built and manufactured in Hambach, France, and currently each Grenadier does use Recaro seats in all of its SUVs.
