Pennzoil Licenses Specialty Chemical Line to NiTEO Products

NiTEO Products—a formulator, packager and marketer of automotive and household chemical brands—announced a licensing agreement with Pennzoil-Quaker State Company DBA SOPUS Products, granting NiTEO the rights to manufacture specialty chemicals under the Pennzoil brand, including brake fluids, power steering fluids, starting fluids, fuel additives, automotive cleaners and degreasers, and several other high-volume specialty chemical categories across all retail, OEM and quick lube channels.

The agreement supports NiTEO’s strategic objective of building and growing a portfolio of high-efficacy, branded automotive and household products, according to a company press release. It will expand NiTEO’s Chemical Products division and further strengthen its position as a branded products business serving the automotive market.

John Rabenhorst, NiTEO CEO, stated, “We believe the addition of Pennzoil in the chemical products space is highly strategic and complementary to NiTEO’s existing automotive offerings, and gives us access to a strong, well-regarded brand that broadens our category presence. We are excited to leverage the full NiTEO portfolio of brands for the benefit of our retail partners, quick lube centers and OEMs. We anticipate these products will be available to customers in early 2027.”
