Edelbrock Issues Clarification Regarding Nitrous Oxide Product Line

A recent announcement from Nitrous Supply stated that the company had acquired Edelbrock’s nitrous oxide product line. On Tuesday, Edelbrock released a statement clarifying that the transaction only involved selling select inventory to Nitrous Supply. Edelbrock still maintains its own line of nitrous oxide products.

“The [initial] report was not authorized by Edelbrock and should be disregarded,” the statement said. “Furthermore, Edelbrock, LLC is not affiliated with Nitrous Supply other than as a product vendor.”

The original release, from representatives of Nitrous Supply, indicated that the company had purchased Edelbrock’s complete inventory of nitrous-related products.
