Schumacher Electric Corporation Names Joseph Rainone as Chief Executive Officer

Schumacher Electric Corporation, a global manufacturer of power conversion products, announced the appointment of Joseph Rainone as chief executive officer, effective July 14, 2026.

Rainone brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience across consumer products, manufacturing, retail and e-commerce. He has led organizations through periods of transformation and growth, building high-performing teams, strengthening market-leading brands, and delivering strong financial and operational results across both Fortune 500 and private equity-backed enterprises, company officials said in a press release.

Most recently, Rainone served as chief executive officer of Ubique Group, an e-commerce furniture company, where he guided the organization through tariffs, pandemic-related disruptions and supply chain volatility while delivering sustained double-digit growth and scaling the business. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Melissa & Doug, Bayer, and Hasbro, driving business growth, operational excellence, and market expansion for some of the world’s most recognized consumer brands, noted the release.

Rainone earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Rhode Island.
