M1 Concourse Announces Its 2025 Calendar of Events
From cars & coffee to fireworks & trick-or-treating, M1 Concourse has plenty of events for car enthusiasts & families…

M1 Concourse has released its 2025 calendar of events, bringing a new year of automotive and racing celebrations, track experiences and family-friendly festivals to the Woodward Avenue venue. M1 celebrates all things automotive—past, present and future—in the Motor City area, and is a popular destination for car enthusiasts and families alike.
“This year’s lineup is unmatched,” said Tim McGrane, CEO of M1 Concourse. “We anticipate rare collections and legendary drivers to be on-site. M1 Concourse can’t wait to welcome guests from Metro Detroit and from around the world to immerse themselves in our campus.”
Signature M1 Concourse events are once again the primary focus of the calendar, which includes more than a dozen events. The fifth annual Woodward Dream Festival, presented by Comerica, is set with activities taking place August 13-17. The celebration of Metro Detroit’s automotive roots has been expanded with the Corvettes on Woodward mid-week event, a celebration of the legendary Dodge Viper, and the newly added Woodward Drift presented by Drift Indy during the weekend.
M1 Concourse’s flagship event, American Speed Festival, is scheduled for Oct. 3-5 and will feature vintage Indy cars along with supercars, endurance cars and other race groups. M1 says the event’s 2025 Master of Motorsports honoree will be announced in the coming weeks.
The award-winning Cars & Coffee, presented by Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, returns with seven shows from April through October. The event—which often features rarely seen vehicles and collections, as well as classic and luxury cars—gives people the opportunity to chat with car owners and fellow car enthusiasts.
New in 2025 is the addition of the Pontiac Hot Air Balloon Glow & Laser Show on July 11-12, where attendees will see the skies over M1 light up with inflated hot air balloons accompanied by kites and a laser light show at night. The Cars Under the Stars Fireworks Spectacular will also light up the skies above the track on June 29 in advance of the Fourth of July holiday. On July 19, M1 Concourse will host the Classic Car Club of America Grand Classic event, showcasing classic era automobiles from the 1920s through the 1940s.
