Keystone Automotive Operations Celebrates Associate’s 50-Year Milestone
Fred Solano has dedicated 5 decades of service to the company, witnessing many changes in the automotive industry over the years…

He began his career as a warehouse associate on March 20, 1975, as employee #23, working in the Exeter, Pennsylvania, warehouse pulling parts and delivering orders to customers. In 1977 he moved over to the sales team. Keystone Automotive Operations says Solano has been a valuable team member since, and he has been there through it all, including raising two wonderful daughters. Today, he continues to have the same energy, enthusiasm and upbeat personality as his first day.
“It’s very unique and extremely special to have someone work at one business for their whole career, let alone 50 years”, said Bill Rogers, president Keystone Automotive Operations. “Freddie has seen the business and markets change many times and has always adapted and excelled. He has been a consistent voice for the customer and advocate of the service and values of the business. We congratulate Freddie and sincerely thank him for all he has done throughout five decades of service.”
Keystone Automotive Operations says that Solano’s remarkable journey is a testament to his unwavering commitment and passion for his work. The company is honored to celebrate this milestone with him and looks forward to many more years of his invaluable contributions.
