After almost two weeks in the NICU, the family is preparing for Force to move into a long-term facility to address his traumatic brain injury (TBI) and ongoing symptoms.

Force is awake and alert, responding with doctors and medical teams, according to officials. He has also regained his equilibrium and has been able to walk with the assistance of staff members.

Force continues to work through ongoing cognitive and behavioral symptoms from the TBI, which will be cared for as he’s moved to the new facility, according to the announcement. Doctors reiterates that Force’s path to recovery is still a long one, but he’s shown positive signs toward his recovery.
