Covercraft Acquires 40-Year-Old Seat Cover Maker

Covercraft Industries has acquired Marathon Seat Covers, a manufacturer of custom-fit seat covers for the automotive industry.

Marathon Seat Covers, founded in 1978, provides products catered to outdoor enthusiasts, families and the hard-working pickup owners.

Marathon Seat Covers becomes the third acquisition to join Covercraft since 2015. Covercraft last year added GT Covers, a manufacturer of precision-fit seat covers. The company acquired RV cover company ADCO Products in 2016.
