Ford Makes Parts, Accessories a Rewards Program Perk

FordPass Rewards members now can redeem points for car parts and accessories, the automaker announced.

Customers can visit accessories.ford.com to view the full variety of accessories available, from roof tents and superchargers to trailer hitches, floor mats and pet harnesses.

Members can visit the accessories.ford.com site to shop for interior, exterior, electronic, wheel accessories and more. Members can use their points, pay with a credit card, or use a combination of both on the site.

“We want to show our loyalty to FordPass Rewards members by giving them an easy way to earn and redeem their points for accessories,” said Marc Mills, Ford Customer Experience Director. “This initiative is part of how we’re enhancing value at every customer experience touchpoint, from point of sale throughout their entire ownership journey with Ford.”

Accessories can be shipped to a customer’s home or to the dealer for installation.

Making it simple for FordPass Rewards members to personalize their vehicles by earning and redeeming Points for accessories is one of many ways Ford is elevating the customer experience and enhancing the value of membership, Mills added.
