SuperSprings International (SSI) has announced the appointment of Adam Trowbridge as president, effective Nov. 1, 2026. Gerry Lamberti will remain chief executive officer.

Trowbridge joined SSI in June 2025. Since then, he has streamlined operations, identified cost-saving opportunities and aligned teams across the organization, contributing to improvements in revenue and profitability, company officials said in a press release.

“Adam has made a meaningful impact since joining SuperSprings,” said Lamberti. “He has helped improve how we operate and brought our teams together around shared priorities. His appointment as president recognizes those contributions and the confidence we have in him to help lead the company’s continued growth.”

Trowbridge brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, automotive and consumer goods. Before joining SSI, he served as chief operating officer at Westin Automotive, where he oversaw multiple business units spanning product development, operations and manufacturing. He previously spent nearly two decades at Transamerican Auto Parts and 4 Wheel Parts, holding leadership roles across finance, supply chain, operations and brand management.

As president, Trowbridge will oversee day-to-day operations and lead strategic growth initiatives focused on expanding product offerings, increasing market penetration and scaling the business to support future expansion.
