Ziebart Named a Top Michigan Workplace

Automotive appearance and protection services company Ziebart has been honored for a third consecutive year by the Detroit Free Press as a 2023 Michigan Top Workplace.
Celebrated for prioritizing its employees and maintaining a people-first culture, the Troy-based restyling company has been servicing drivers for nearly 65 years and currently operates more than 400 locations in 37 countries.
The Top Workplace list is captured solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey distributed among corporate employees, according to a press release announcing the honor.

The survey measures companies on their respective execution and consistency for driving and maintaining their cultural values. For Ziebart, some of its top values cited in survey responses highlighted a dedication to honesty, passion, innovation, teamwork, legacy and more, the release stated.
