Performance parts distributor Turn 14 Distribution is now offering the recently released Akrapovič Ferrari 296 GTB Slip-On Race Line (Titanium) exhaust system.
An available Stainless Steel Link Pipe Set is available to further improve the performance and sound of the track-focused exhaust system, officials stated. Turn 14 Distribution is the exclusive U.S. and Canadian automotive distributor for Akrapovič.
The company uses race-proven, high-grade titanium cast in-house to construct the Slip-On Race Line exhaust system. The improved materials reduce backpressure, unlocking performance potential with mandatory ECU remapping.
The Slip-On Race Line offers a 3.6% weight savings over the stock system, while the Link Pipe Set saves 38.4% compared to stock, shaving off a total of 8.9 pounds combined, the company stated.
“The sound is tailored using two valves for a deep, rumbling idle on start-up and a race-inspired scream as the revs climb. The included tailpipes are 3D-printed to ensure optimal fitment and aesthetic effect,” according to the company.
A hand-laid carbon fiber outer sleeve is bumper-mounted, distinctly separating the system from the stock version.
