Travis Pastrana’s Gymkhana STI Livery Revealed

Hoonigan has revealed the livery for Travis Pastrana’s Gymkhana Subaru STI for the upcoming installment of the Gymkhana video series.

The group initially revealed the custom-built WRX STI last week.

Subaru and Hoonigan announced in May that Pastrana would take over the Gymkhana series for 2020, bringing the series back to its roots—the first two installments featured Ken Block driving Subaru WRX STI models—but promising a new take on the Gymkhana concept.

The production-based sedan is equipped with a raw carbon body and aero package, a custom-made Subaru Boxer engine, hood exit exhaust, long travel suspension and a race-ready interior built to Pastrana’s specs.

With the livery in place, the canards and diffusers are now more prominent. The car is also equipped with custom-finished Method 502 wheels with a blacked-out section. The 502s are made out of solid A356 aluminum that uses a T6 heat treatment construction and is over-engineered to exceed SAE 2530 specifications.

The livery reveal also includes more details of the interior and a few updates on the engine bay. While there are no specs released at the moment, the car is powered by a custom-made Subaru boxer engine built to Pastrana’s specs.
