Transamerican Wholesale Opens New Distribution Center

Transamerican Wholesale (TAW) has opened the newest of its six national distribution centers in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This brand new facility encompasses over 200,000 square feet of warehouse space, while housing millions of dollars in new truck, jeep, SUV and UTV aftermarket parts and accessory inventory.

“With this significant increase in locally housed inventory, our new Carlisle distribution center will offer TAW customers significant benefits including reductions in freight costs and more attractive shipping rates,” said Victor Gonzales, director of wholesale operations for TAW.

Next-day delivery will also be expanded with three new delivery routes to the Philadelphia and Baltimore regions. Two-day and ecommerce order processing activities are also now fully operational, servicing customers with an expanded delivery footprint throughout the area.
