Spotify Ends Production of ‘Car Thing’

Spotify has halted production of its Car Thing automotive dashboard accessory citing product demand and supply chain issues, The Verge reported.

The short-lived Bluetooth device allowed users to stream and control Spotify without having to directly look at a phone while in a vehicle.

Although Spotify will no longer produce the device, it will still support the device and is selling remaining inventory.
