South Dakota Shop Wins ‘VOXXROXX’ Promo

VOXX Electronics Corp. named  Bryce Westlake of Dashboard by Karl’s in Sioux Falls, South Dakota as the winner of its Code Alarm VOXXROXX Promotion. The promotion ran Sept. 1 through Feb. 28. The Promotion included over $25,000 in prizes starting with a grand prize of a Yamaha YXZ1000R side-by-side equipped with a Stage 3 Rockford Fosgate audio system.

Others who came out winners in the promotion included Keith Methot of Inferno Audio in Cumberland, Rhode Island who got a KLIPSCH GALLERY G-28 Home Theater; and Miguel Martinez of Sunroof Sound & Security in Leominster, Massachusetts, who earned a KLIPSCH RSB-14 Sound Bar & Wireless Subwoofer.

Every remote start or remote start/security system in the Code Alarm lineup sold by an authorized dealer was eligible for inclusion in the promo and both the salesperson and the installer had a chance to win for every system sold. There were thousands of entries by over 250 installers and salespeople. Not surprisingly the midwest and east coast had the largest number of entries, and all three winners came from these heavy remote start markets, according to VOXX.

“The return of Old Man Winter across the U.S. and our new direction for Code Alarm announced last year made for a very exciting remote start promotion, and helped us deliver one of the best remote start seasons we’ve had in a long time,” said Aron Demers, senior vice president of VOXX Electronics Corp. “We exceeded our expectations with this promotion, making it one of the best promotions we’ve ever run. I would also like to thank Bill Jackson and his team for providing the audio system that put the finishing touch on the grand prize.”

VOXX stated in the past year it has reduced the overall number of distributors that carried Code Alarm,  and cleaned out any of the unapproved online sellers.

“We believe our Code Alarm security and remote start systems, and our distribution direction for 2018 and beyond are best in class and will make Code Alarm dealers very profitable,” Demers said “Join the Code Alarm Team early this year to sell them, install them and qualify for a chance at winning some amazing prizes because we are planning an even bigger and better promotion for this season.”
