SaverOne Signs Preliminary Agreement With European ADAS Technology Provider
The sensor fusion collaboration will integrate SaverOne’s VRU detection solution into an ADAS platform for enhanced road safety…

SaverOne 2014 Ltd., a technology company engaged in transportation safety solutions, announced the signing of a preliminary agreement with a leading European-based automotive-technology provider, dedicated to providing sensor solutions. The collaboration will integrate SaverOne’s Vulnerable Road User (VRU) detection solution with its advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) sensor fusion platform, introducing a non-line-of-sight (NLoS) VRU detection capability to its ADAS sensor fusion platform.
This marks a key milestone for SaverOne’s VRU solution, with its first agreement involving sensor fusion collaboration, stated company officials in a press release. The joint initiative will integrate SaverOne’s radio frequency (RF) detection technology into the technology provider’s sensor fusion platform, generating a fused and detailed environmental model.
The combined system is expected to vastly improve the detection of VRUs, such as pedestrians, specifically in NLoS scenarios. This enhanced situational awareness is intended to enable more accurate and safer decisions by the vehicle’s ADAS systems. The integrated system is expected to be showcased to OEM customers at the ADAS provider’s main European showroom.
Ori Gilboa, CEO of SaverOne, commented, “This collaboration represents a new and important strategic step for SaverOne’s VRU detection roadmap. Integrating our highly innovative VRU detection solution into a broad sensor fusion environment with a leading automotive-sensor specialist significantly strengthens the value proposition for this type ADAS solution. Together, we are aiming to create a new concept for sensor fusion, which includes non-line-of-sight detection of vulnerable road users, something not available elsewhere in the market today. Together, we aim for a better and safer ADAS safety suite, and this new collaboration opens new pathways for SaverOne’s growth in the automotive safety market.”
