RANDYS Worldwide Acquired by Private Equity Firm
RANDYS Worldwide has been acquired by Tailwind Capital, a middle market private equity firm focused on growth-oriented investments in targeted sectors within healthcare, business services, and industrial services. RANDYS Worldwide designs and supplies highly-engineered drivetrain products to the automotive aftermarket.

RANDYS Worldwide provides differential gears, axles, installation kits, driveshafts, lockers, limited slip differentials, remanufactured transfer cases, axle assemblies and manual transmissions to the aftermarket, catering to installers, big box retailers, remanufacturers, e-commerce retailers, and enthusiasts. The company markets its drivetrain products under three brands: Yukon Gear & Axle, U.S.A. Standard Gear, and Zumbrota Drivetrain.
