Quadratec Renews Partnership with Tread Lightly!
Quadratec has renewed its partnership with Tread Lightly!, a U.S.-based nonprofit that promotes responsible outdoor recreation, the aftermarket parts and Jeep accessory retailer announced. The relationship between Quadratec and Tread Lightly! has spanned nearly three decades. In addition to the partnership renewal, Quadratec also announced a new online fundraising campaign to support Tread Lightly!
Quadratec’s fundraising program to benefit Tread Lightly! features an optional donation button that customers can access during order checkout, allowing them to add on a donation amount to support the nonprofit and its programs.
“Quadratec and Tread Lightly! have had an enormous impact within the Jeep community over the years, and we couldn’t be more excited to unveil this new campaign,” said Quadratec Chief Marketing Officer Ralph Mondeaux. “Our customers go to great lengths to make sure their Jeeps are outfitted with everything they need for their off-road adventures, and now they can also help support educational and restorative projects designed to protect outdoor access and keep those adventures going for years to come.”
Quadratec has supported Tread Lightly! as an Official Partner and through a signature stewardship grant program called ‘Quadratec Cares’ since 1992. Under this program, proceeds from Tread Lightly! branded floor liners were placed into a stewardship fund and distributed to Tread Lightly!’s club and individual members to enhance and clean up off-roading trails across the country. The program launched in 2009 and has supported 71 stewardship projects that improved more than 11,000 miles of trails and cleaned up 60 tons of trash.
“Thank you to Quadratec for their continued support of Tread Lightly! and the outdoor recreation community,” said Danielle Fowles-McNiven, Interim Executive Director of Tread Lightly! “Quadratec’s commitment to promoting responsible trail use and protecting access is evident through their years of support. We look forward to continuing this great work together.”
