Overland Expo Mountain West Is Returning to Loveland

Overland Expo Mountain West returns to Loveland, Colorado, Aug. 22–24, 2025. Mountain West brings together top gear innovators, seasoned travelers and thousands of enthusiasts for a weekend of inspiration, education and community, according to event officials in a press release.
More than 350 exhibitors and over 175 hours of educational programming, including classes, demos and roundtables, will be featured at the three-day event. From recovery techniques to content creation and backcountry culinary skills, Overland Expo Mountain West offers hands-on learning for everyone from first timers to experienced overlanders.
“Mountain West is where the spirit of overlanding in the Rockies comes alive,” says Jessica Kirchner, VP of Consumer Events and Show Director for Overland Expo. “It’s a celebration of adventure, learning, and the incredible community that keeps growing every year. From outdoor apparel and camping gear to the latest innovations for your vehicle, this event truly brings it all together.”
Event Highlights at Overland Expo Mountain West 2025
With hundreds of specialized classes, demos and activities, Overland Expo Mountain West offers educational experiences for all skill levels. Attendees can join sessions on wilderness first aid, off-road driving techniques, overland route planning, photography, content creation, culinary skills and more. Here are some of the events taking place during Overland Expo Mountain West:
RAM Ride & Drive (All Weekend): Experience the power and capability of RAM trucks on an off-road course running throughout the event. Expert guides will walk attendees through the technology and features that help RAM tackle tough terrain.
Moto Party + Raffle (Friday, Aug. 22, 7–9 p.m.): Sponsored by Rider Justice, this community event brings moto adventurers together for prizes, drinks and storytelling.
Toyota Game Night (Friday, Aug. 22, 7–9 p.m.): Join Toyota for games, snacks and swag while checking out their adventure-ready rigs.
Happy Hour (Friday, Aug. 22, 5–7 p.m. & Saturday, Aug. 23, 5–7 p.m.): Hosted by Bowen Customs on Friday and sponsored by Kaymar on Saturday, Happy Hour is a time to connect with other attendees before each night’s events.
Camp Subaru LIVE! (Saturday, Aug. 23, 3–5 p.m.): Learn more about Subaru’s Wilderness lineup and trail-ready models, with live music and food.
Women Who Wander Fireside Chat & Networking (Saturday, Aug. 23, 6–8 p.m.): A dedicated space for female overlanders to connect, share experiences and inspire each other.
