“This is an exciting day for myself, my family and the team at ORW to be partnered back up with 4Wheel Parts. It has remained close to my heart since moving on in 2018 and venturing out with ORW. I am incredibly proud of what the ORW team has accomplished and placed us in position for this acquisition,”  said Adler.

For Adler, an experienced and respected off-road competitor and retailer, this is an important step in building a successful retail platform, he said.

“The 4Wheel Parts and Off-Road Warehouse brands have over 150 years combined in the industry, and both will continue to service their respective customers. We have a great team of people to build upon our terrific vendor and WD partnerships. The future is bright”, said Adler.
