Katzkin Acquires Roadwire Leather

Katzkin Leather has acquired the assets of Roadwire Leather, the companies announced.

The acquisition will allow the company to provide additional products to its customers, and extend its distribution and manufacturing capacity, according to a statement from Katzkin.

“This acquisition expands Katzkin’s capabilities to serve all of our customers from OEMs to restylers and millions of end users,” company representatives said in a statement announcing the acquisition. “The enhanced organization will advance the growth of restyling, while setting the standard for quality, innovation, and design. Our commitment to world-class customer service, installation support, manufacturing excellence and sales development will continue to grow and be enhanced.”
