Holley Performance Brands Acquires HRX Motorsports Racewear

Holley Performance Brands announced the acquisition of HRX, an Italy-based manufacturer of premium motorsports racewear serving drivers and teams across karting and competitive racing categories.

HRX has built a strong reputation across European racing circuits and international markets for its technical expertise, custom racewear solutions and deep-rooted relationships within the karting and motorsports communities, company officials stated in a press release.

Strategic Acquisition for Holley’s Safety & Racing Portfolio

The acquisition enhances Holley’s Safety & Racing portfolio by adding complementary racewear capabilities, while further expanding the company’s footprint in European motorsports. HRX’s focus on performance-driven design, craftsmanship and customization aligns closely with Holley’s existing safety brands and long-term growth strategy, noted the release.
