Flatrock Motorclub, a luxury motorsports club community in Tennessee, claims it is redefining the motorsports experience for car and racing enthusiasts. Located just 45 minutes west of Knoxville, the $250 million, 900+ acre resort is designed to be a premier destination for high-performance driving amidst luxury real estate in a community where cars and driving are the cornerstone, stated officials in a press release.
Offering exclusive track access to the Tilke-designed road course, professional coaching and driving workshops to its members, Flatrock Motorclub says that it is quickly establishing itself as the ultimate destination for those who share a passion for luxury and cars.
Luxury lofts that are set to open in the coming weeks will blend contemporary design with motorsports culture. The 28,000 sq. ft. clubhouse features dining, a spa, and a pool deck that is slated to open by the end of the year.
Knoxville-based real estate developer and Flatrock Motorclub founder and president, Rusty Bittle, envisioned the luxury resort catering to a niche market of affluent buyers who appreciate high-speed motorsports paired with upscale amenities. Bittle has played a pivotal role in creating innovative spaces that blend luxury, community and automotive culture, noted the press release. Flatrock Motorclub says that it’s no surprise that the club’s founding memberships have sold out.

The Main Attraction: The Tilke-Designed Racetrack
At the heart of the club is a 3.5-mile, 23-turn circuit, featuring 127 feet of elevation changes that mimic the scenic back roads of the Great Smoky Mountains. Engineered to challenge drivers of all skill levels, the track was designed by Tilke engineers and architects, the German firm behind world-renowned Formula 1 circuits, including the Circuit of the Americas.
In addition, Flatrock Motorclub will also introduce on-site vehicle storage, a boutique hotel and an events center in the months ahead. With membership levels tailored to varying levels of access and benefits, Flatrock Motorclub says that it ensures that every member can maximize their experience.
