Dr. Amber Selking Announced as Guest Speaker at Upcoming AAM Group Event
She'll speak on leadership & performance at next month's vendor showcase...
The AAM Group’s Membership Meeting and Vendor Showcase, scheduled for May 14-16 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center in Schaumburg, Illinois, will bring together distribution members, supplier partners and jobbers for three days of networking, purchasing, education and prospecting.
Two guest speakers are slated to address attendees, including renowned performance consultant and author Dr. Amber Selking.
Selking has been devoted to optimizing human performance in people and systems throughout her career, officials stated. She is the founder of Selking Performance Group, a performance consulting practice, and also serves as vice president of leadership & culture development for Lippert Components and as an adjunct professor at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
Selking holds several undergraduate and graduate degrees, including a PhD in educational counseling and psychology from the University of Missouri. She uses her education, training and insight to help individuals, teams and organizations “understand and leverage the power of mindset and leadership to unleash performance excellence.”
