DPI Off-Road Brands Acquires Nitro Gear and Axle Manufacturer

DPI Off-Road Brands has acquired J.T.’s Parts and Accessories, Inc., the manufacturer of Nitro Gear and Axle, the company announced. J.T.’s Parts and Accessories develops and manufactures differentials and axles for a variety of applications.

Nitro Gear and Axle has earned numerous accolades, the company said, including three SEMA Global Media Awards in 2016 for its UAZ 5.14 ratio gears.

The acquisition expands DPI Off-Road’s lineup of brands servicing the off-road market, the company said.
