The marketing firm will help with the foundation's education & awareness initiatives...

The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer has entered a partnership with JACKSON Marketing to help educate families on the effects of childhood cancer and grow awareness of the free treatment options provided by the Foundation.

“The Austin Hatcher Foundation provides critical services to families impacted by unimaginable circumstances,” said JACKSON President and CEO Darrell Jackson. “When we met Jim and Amy Jo, we were blown away by their passion for serving others, and we quickly realized how like-minded our cultures are. We are thrilled to be partnering with them.”

JACKSON, a national marketing agency based in Greenville, S.C., will provide pro bono strategic and marketing support, helping the Foundation and its marketing team educate and drive awareness of the treatment options available to help cope with the many side effects of childhood cancer. JACKSON has already worked with the Foundation’s leadership team to complete a strategic marketing plan and supported Austin Hatcher Foundation experiential activities at IMSA race weekends in California and Detroit.

The Foundation goes beyond direct medical treatment, providing pediatric cancer patients and their families a lifetime of free, personalized mental, educational, emotional, social and psychological services, so they can cope in the present and thrive in the future.

“As we look to educate families on the effects of childhood cancer and make the Austin Hatcher Foundation a household name, we realize that we cannot do it on our own,” said Foundation President and CEO, Amy Jo Osborn. “The JACKSON team’s strategic approach, creativity and passion to collaborate with our internal marketing team in growing the Foundation’s impact are exactly what we were looking for in a partner.”
