Bestop Purchases BullRing USA
Bestop has acquired BullRing USA, seller of retractable tie down anchors designed for use on Ford, GM, Ram and Toyota trucks.
Bull Accessories LLC-doing business as BullRing-was founded in 1988 and is located north of San Antonio in Boerne, Texas. BullRing installations are unique in that they require no drilling to install.
“BullRing is an incredible niche accessory business that will fit perfectly into Bestop’s premium accessories portfolio,” said John Larson, CEO of Bestop. “The product and the company carry an impeccable reputation, and we’re thrilled to have the opportunity to help build the brand.”
BullRing will become a member of Bestop Premium Accessories Group. The brand’s operations will be overseen by fellow group member PRP Seat’s CEO and founder, Aaron Wedeking. PRP Seat’s is the manufacturer of SpeedStrap. Business will continue to be conducted under BullRing, USA.
