Ohio-based Avery Dennison partnered with Make-A-Wish Nevada to host two international Make-A-Wish teens at the recent SEMA Show in Las Vegas. The first three days of SEMA are reserved for industry professionals, but at Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions’s request, SEMA invited the Make-A-Wish teens to attend the show.
The local company underwrote the costs for the young supercar enthusiasts to attend the event, where Avery Dennison showcased state-of-the-art film coverings for Lamborghinis, McLarens and other ultra-high-end vehicles, company officials stated in a press release.
Jakob Altenberger, 20, Austria, who is living with cancer, has dreamed of attending SEMA from a young age. Cameron Enge, 17, from Canada, who is living with heart disease, has craved exploring the vehicles and automotive technology he’s only seen online, noted the release.

Before the show, Bethany Nock, marketing director, Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions, said, “All of us at Avery Dennison are committed to providing our Make-A-Wish teens with a world-class SEMA experience. Jakob and Camron will enjoy VIP treatment at the world’s most prestigious automotive aftermarket convention.”

Make-A-Wish Day at the Avery Dennison Booth
Avery Dennison hosted a special Make-A-Wish Day on Nov. 5. In collaboration with the Nevada chapter of the charity, the Wish Kids fulfilled the teens’ dreams of working with expert installers to transform a Lamborghini Huracán with a custom Make-A-Wish Nevada-designed wrap.
The Make-A-Wish teens also received passes to all four days of the SEMA show, access to a special VIP lounge, swag bags with branded apparel and promotional items, VIP tickets to the SEMA Fest Friday rock concert, VIP transportation to the SEMA show and invitations to special SEMA events, the company said.
