Austin Hatcher Foundation Returns to Daytona as Official IMSA Charity
Live art auctions will be held Friday & Saturday during Rolex 24 at Daytona weekend…
The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer (AHF) is again gearing up for Rolex 24 at Daytona this weekend at Daytona International Speedway in Florida. The annual sports car endurance race marks the kickoff of the 2025 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
Since the partnership began in 2009, IMSA has been a supporter of the Austin Hatcher Foundation’s mission rooted in integrative medicine—focusing on the whole child and the whole family. Through the collaboration, IMSA has provided a platform that has helped raise over $3.9 million for the foundation, officials noted in a press release.
“We remain incredibly grateful for our partnership with IMSA,” said Amy Jo Osborn, president and CEO of AHF. “This collaboration continues to provide the foundation with a remarkable platform among manufacturers and fans, directly impacting Austin Hatcher families as they navigate the challenges of childhood cancer.”
Throughout the race weekend, set for Jan. 22-26, the foundation will benefit from a series of live auctions set to take place in the Corvette, Porsche, Cadillac and Rolex Lounge corrals. For the 10th year in a row, auctions will feature live paintings by motorsports artist Bill Patterson.
All proceeds support AHF’s mission to eliminate pediatric cancer effects, supporting the whole family through services including Mental and Behavioral Health Therapy, Grief Counseling, Occupational Therapy, NeuroPsych Testing and Family Programs.
Also, following the successful launch of its Drive Together: Because Families Matter campaign in 2024, Michelin has recommitted to its $1 per tire matching campaign as part of the initiative, calling on teams, owners, drivers and fans to make donations of any amount to help raise additional funds.
