NHRA Releases Hot Rod Heritage Racing Series Schedule
The NHRA has revealed the nine-race schedule for the 2023 NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Racing Series, which will feature a pair of Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum Hot Rod Reunions, the sanctioning body announced.
The series will again feature appearances from Nostalgia Top Fuel dragsters and Nostalgia Funny Cars, NHRA officials said, two groups of additional classes. Group 1 includes A/Fuel, Jr. Fuel, and 7.0 Eliminator, while Group 2 includes Nostalgia Eliminator l, Nostalgia Eliminator ll, Nostalgia Eliminator lll, A/Gas, B/Gas, C/Gas, D/Gas, and Hot Rod Eliminator. Drivers in each class can compete at five events to earn points toward their respective championships, series officials said.

- Mar. 2-5: Famoso Dragstrip, Bakersfield, CA (TF, FC, Group 1, Group 2)
- April 8-9: Redding Motorsports Park, Redding, CA (G1, G2)
- May 6-7: Firebird Raceway, Boise, ID (FC)
- May 12-13: Sacramento Raceway, Sacramento, CA (G1, G2)
- June 15-17: Beech Bend Raceway Park, Bowling Green, KY (TF, FC)
- Aug. 4-6: Firebird Raceway, Boise, ID (TF, FC)
- Sept. 15-16: Tulsa Raceway Park, Tulsa, OK (TF, FC, A/Fuel)
- Sept. 22-23: Sacramento Raceway, Sacramento, CA (G1, G2)
- Oct. 13-15: Famoso Dragstrip, Bakersfield, CA (TF, FC, G1, G2)
