Windsor House of Cars Begins Exclusive Delivery of the GAC-Produced Hyper SSR
Windsor House of Cars secures 25-year exclusive global distribution agreement with GAC for the 1,225-horsepower Hyper SSR, limited to 330 units per year...
Windsor House of Cars announced that it has executed an exclusive 25-year global distribution agreement with Guangzhou Automobile Group (GAC) for the Hyper SSR, China’s first mass-produced supercar and one of the most technologically ambitious electric supercars ever built, company officials stated in a press release. Under the agreement, Windsor House of Cars becomes the sole Value-Added Reseller of the Hyper SSR across every international market with the exception of Thailand and the UAE.
The 25-year term represents one of the longest exclusive automotive distribution agreements ever signed in the luxury segment, and positions Windsor House of Cars at the center of a generational shift in supercar manufacturing, noted the release.
Hyper SSR Limited to 330 Cars Per Year
Production of the Hyper SSR is capped at 330 vehicles per year. Over the full 25-year term of the agreement, fewer than 8,300 Hyper SSRs will exist.
“Scarcity is not a marketing tactic — it is a design philosophy,” said John Probandt, chairman, founder & CEO of Windsor House of Cars. “Each Hyper SSR takes weeks of painstaking aerospace-grade craftsmanship to produce. We will not compromise that process to make more cars. We will make exactly 330 to 500 per year, allocate them carefully across global markets, and ensure that every single owner becomes part of a community that will never exceed a few thousand people worldwide.”

Reinvention of the Supercar
The Hyper SSR is not a refinement of the supercar formula — it is a complete reinvention of it, the company said. Powered by GAC’s two-speed four-in-one high-performance electric drive system, the SSR delivers 1,225 horsepower, 12,000 N·m (8,851 pound-feet) of peak wheel torque, and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (0–62 mph) in 1.9 seconds — surpassing F1 racing acceleration standards by 1.5 times, officials claim. Its body is constructed from 100% high-strength aerospace-grade carbon fiber, with a lightweight coefficient that ranks at the top of the global industry.
The supercar’s long-fiber carbon ceramic brake discs — co-developed using aerospace technology previously reserved for fighter jets and giant aircraft — are the first of their kind produced in China, breaking a foreign technology monopoly that had constrained Chinese supercar development for decades, according to the release.
“Most supercars chase the same formula. The SSR rewrites it entirely,” Probandt said. “One point nine seconds to 100 km/h, 1,225 horsepower, a 100% carbon-fiber body and a brake system born in aerospace — this isn’t an evolution of the supercar, it is a complete reimagining. The new model pairs that performance with intelligent technology and craftsmanship that simply has no peer at this price point.”
What’s New in the Latest Hyper SSR Model
The newest model year introduces a comprehensive suite of upgrades:
- Industrially-ultra-high 900V silicon carbide (SiC) chip, self-developed by GAC, reducing power consumption by 80% versus prior-generation chips and enabling sustained ultra-high power output
- AI racing track technology with multiple driving modes and voice-controlled intelligence — the cockpit “dialogues” with the driver and adapts to road conditions in real time
- Intelligent wind-suction butterfly doors operated by millimeter-wave radar, capable of recognizing the owner’s approach and opening autonomously
- Expanded personalization program offering six exterior colors (Quantum Red, Hyper Orange, Titanium Crystal Yellow, Auroral Green, Phantom Blue, and Phantom Carbon Fiber Black), three caliper finishes, and two forged wheel designs
- Driver-First intelligent cockpit featuring a 14.6-inch center console paired with an 8.8-inch dashboard, hexagonal racing-style steering wheel, and vegetable-tanned leather hand-wrapped by master craftsmen

Global Pricing & Availability
The Hyper SSR will be offered globally at suggested retail prices ranging from $350,000 to $510,000 USD, depending on configuration, trim and market. Three trim levels are available — Hyper SSR, Hyper SSR Sprint and Hyper SSR Ultimate — each with extensive personalization options including bespoke nameplates, interior color combinations, and the choice of carbon-fiber-insert forged wheels or five-spoke forged wheel hubs.
With production capped at 330 units annually, deliveries will be allocated across international markets on a controlled basis to preserve regional exclusivity, the company said. Full door-to-door insurance from factory pick-up to customer delivery is included with every vehicle.
A Complete Windsor-Branded Vehicle Line Exclusively Built by GAC
The Hyper SSR distribution agreement is the first chapter in a broader partnership. Windsor Capital, the parent of Windsor House of Cars, also announced that GAC will manufacture a forthcoming proprietary vehicle line under the Windsor House of Cars brand. The lineup will span five categories:
- Pickup truck — a premium electric pickup engineered for global markets
- Sedan — a flagship luxury sedan positioned at the top of the segment
- SUV — a full-size luxury SUV completing the core lineup
- Unmanned eVTOL drone taxi — Windsor’s entry into the urban air mobility category
- Supercar — a Windsor-branded halo product built on GAC’s pure-electric supercar platform
Each vehicle will be designed to Windsor’s specifications and produced on GAC’s manufacturing infrastructure — the same infrastructure that builds the Hyper SSR. Windsor House of Cars says the arrangement gives the company a complete proprietary product line manufactured by a Fortune Global 500 automaker, while simultaneously holding exclusive international distribution rights for that same manufacturer’s flagship products.
“This is what differentiates us from any other distributor in the world,” said Probandt. “We are not just selling someone else’s cars — we are building our own brand. A Windsor pickup, a Windsor sedan, a Windsor SUV, an unmanned eVTOL air taxi and our own supercar — all engineered to our specifications and built by one of the world’s most capable automakers. This is a complete luxury mobility ecosystem, owned by Windsor House of Cars.”
