Vintage Air’s Chisenhall-Harding Wins Engineering Award | THE SHOPVintage Air Chief Operating Officer Allison Chisenhall-Harding was awarded the Richard F. and Eleanor A. Towner Prize for Outstanding Academic Achievement by the College of Engineering at the University of Michigan, the company announced. The award is presented to an exceptional graduate student within the program for their active participation in research, leadership and overall academic performance, the school said.

Prior to transitioning to the automotive industry, Chisenhall-Harding gained experience in cancer and DNA nanotechnology research during her undergraduate studies. She then worked in explosives manufacturing in the defense industry at BAE Systems.

In addition to serving as the SEMA Businesswomen’s Network Resources Committee Chair, she’s Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained, a program aimed at engineers and managers who oversee tactical and strategic projects and also writes a column for Throttle Gals magazine.
