Vancouver Luxury Car Club Launches With First-Class Portfolio of Vehicles
New members-only club offers full-year access to a curated collection of 70 supercars, SUVs, EVs & luxury vehicles…

Vancouver Luxury Car Club (VLCC), a newly launched members-only driving collective, has opened its doors with a curated portfolio of 70 premium and luxury vehicles and a mission to expand worldwide. Offering unrestricted, year-round access to an evolving collection of performance cars, luxury SUVs and high-end EVs, VLCC eliminates the cost, risk and limitations of ownership, stated company officials in a press release. The company says that with flexible access, a high vehicle-to-member ratio, and an in-house concierge team, members can drive what they want, when they want, and without compromise.
“Car buyers today are more cautious than ever. They are nervous about depreciation, market volatility and the true cost of ownership,” said Mark Cheng, founder and CEO of VLCC. “VLCC exists to remove that friction. We’re not selling a dream garage—we’re unlocking it.”
Replacing Car Ownership With Access to a Broad Portfolio of Vehicles
Designed for entrepreneurs, executives and people who move frequently, VLCC states that it replaces traditional car ownership with an all-inclusive, private membership. The service grants members access to a broad portfolio of vehicles across every segment.
Vehicles are refreshed regularly, maintained to manufacturer standards, and reserved via a dedicated VLCC mobile app with real-time concierge support. Additionally, due to VLCC’s proximity to the U.S., the company’s vehicles are eligible for cross-border travel, and bespoke arrangements can be made for long-distance trips members may wish to take.
Cheng added, “We’re seeing a fundamental shift in how people value access over assets. VLCC was built to meet that shift head-on. Our members don’t want to be tied down to one car, one brand, or one depreciating liability. They want variety, flexibility, and something that fits their lifestyle, whether that’s a Ferrari on a Friday night or a Range Rover on a rainy Monday.
“This is more than just a car club. It’s a complete rethink of what luxury mobility should look like in 2025 and beyond. We’re not asking people to buy into a dream—they already own their dreams. We’re offering the keys to live them, daily.”
VLCC Membership Model
VLCC membership includes all vehicle access, insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, app usage and on-demand concierge services. Both personal memberships and corporate memberships are available.
The Club says that it plans to limit memberships to preserve exclusivity and maintain its high service standard. Each member has access to the full fleet, with a 1.5:1 vehicle-to-member ratio during the first launch phase.
VLCC Was Founded in Vancouver With Global Plans
While its roots are in Vancouver, VLCC already has plans to expand internationally, with markets to be announced in the coming months. Members will receive priority access, personal onboarding and invitations to exclusive Club events, noted the press release.
“Vancouver is our testbed, but the model was always intended to scale,” Cheng adds. “We’re not in the car rental business. We’re building a global platform for frictionless luxury mobility.”
