Turn 14 Distribution Unveils 2020 SEMA Builds

Performance parts distributor Turn 14 Distribution has unveiled two projects that were originally slated for this year’s SEMA and PRI shows at Period Correct in Costa Mesa, California. “We felt it important to debut the Rywire Motorsports Electronics built Tesla powered Honda S2000 and the Dai Yoshihara built Mercedes 190E powered by a Honda S2000 engine because of the unique nature of each build,” the company said in a statement announcing the builds.

Both projects are the culmination of many hours of hard work and effort by both individuals, their partners, and several Turn 14 Distribution partners, the distributor said. Those partners include StopTech, Öhlins Racing, KW Suspension, AEM Performance Electronics, Sparco, Radium Engineering, Competition Clutch and Toyo Tires.

In addition to both cars’ reveal and debut, the company unveiled a limited apparel collection designed in collaboration with automotive clothing purveyors Period Correct. The Period Correct brand is known for its distinct style and retro-inspired design cues and has worked previously with McLaren, Audi, Hot Wheels and watchmaker IWC Schaffhausen.
