More than just an automotive distributor, Turn 14 Distribution is strengthening its hold in the powersports sector with the addition of Garrett Comer, outside territory manager for the Arizona and California territories, according to company officials in a press release.
An avid off-road enthusiast, Comer has been riding since the age of 5. Decades of experience with the ins and outs of powersports make him a worthy addition to the Turn 14 team, the company said. Comer brings a unique insight to this new position, thanks to his previous industry experience, as well as a comprehensive understanding of dealer/distributor dynamics.
From Dealership Floor to Distribution Leadership
In his earlier roles, Comer was a general manager and a parts specialist with a large dealer group in Arizona. During his tenure, he doubled projected business goals and was consistently recognized for outstanding performance and exemplary customer relations. Through these positions, Comer acquired years of familiarity with the powersports aftermarket and an intimate knowledge of what dealers need and want from day-to-day, noted the release.
Comer says that he is eager to contribute to Turn 14’s growth in the powersports segment, noting that it is an exciting opportunity to build from the ground up. Turn 14 says Comer’s talent for managing dealer relationships and executing top-notch customer service aligns perfectly with the company’s mission to support the growth of small businesses. Comer looks forward to guiding Turn 14 dealers through unforeseen obstacles and offering informed, solution-oriented methods to help their businesses succeed.
“Garrett Comer brings both the experience and the enthusiasm to further distinguish Turn 14 in the Powersports sphere,” says Matt Bean, Turn 14 Distribution, outside territory director. “His fluency with powersports, combined with his deep understanding of the dealer/distributor relationship, makes him an extremely valuable asset to the company.”
Throughout his career, Comer has earned the reputation of a knowledgeable, hands-on leader who delivers real results. As the outside territory manager for Arizona and California, he will continue to define and expand Turn 14 Distribution’s presence in the powersports realm. With an emphasis on further growing dealer trust, Comer is primed to help position Turn 14 as a pillar in the powersports aftermarket moving forward, the company said. He shares the Southwest territory with counterpart Brenden Gill.
