Truck Hero Wins Process Achievement Award
Truck Hero accepted the Kepner-Tregoe 2017 Process Achievement Award during an awards luncheon hosted by Truck Hero in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The award in the single and team use category honored Truck Hero for using Kepner-Tregoe process approach to tackle the problems facing their organization.
Kepner-Tregoe is a consultant company empowering company’s to solve problems by delivering a “data-driven, consistent, scalable approach to clients in operations, manufacturing, IT service management, technical support and learning and development.”
William Baldwin, Kepner-Tregoe’s COO/CFO, presented the award to Robert Gaarder, vice president of engineering for Truck Hero. Truck Hero team members, William Cohoon, engineering supervisor; Timothy Nelson, engineering operations manager; Brian Kozlowski, engineering supervisor; and Kristian Baker, Design Engineer, were individually recognized with certificates of achievement for their work on the nominated project.
“Truck Hero is committed to continuous improvement and strives for engineering excellence in the production of all of our truck bed covers and aftermarket accessories,” according to a statement given by the company. “Incorporating the Kepner-Tregoe process into our operations was just one another step towards achieving our goals.”
