Truck Hero Hires Executive VP of Human Resources

Truck Hero Inc. has appointed Tom Goulet as executive vice president of human resources. Goulet will report to Bill Reminder, Truck Hero president and CEO.

Goulet will oversee all human resource departments and activities for Truck Hero and its family of brands, including developing and implementing the organization’s human resources strategy.

“Tom has a proven track record of creating world class human resource organizations and leading key initiatives including talent acquisition/management, workforce planning, mergers & acquisitions and continuous improvement,” Reminder said. “He is a crucial addition to our executive leadership team and will be vital to supporting our business and growth initiatives.”

Goulet has more than 20 years of experience leading complex human resources organizations and enterprise-wide initiatives, including most recently serving as vice president of human resources at Johnson Controls. His prior leadership positions include vice president of human resources for Thermo Fisher Scientific, and vice president of human resources for PerkinElmer.
