Transamerican Wholesale is now offering products by Baja Designs.

Baja Designs utilizes the slogan The Scientists of Lighting to market its lighting products. The company got its start more than 20 years ago with a Dual Sport kit that made off-road motorcycles street legal and continued its growth with an HID motorcycle light. As the industry evolved, Baja Designs was among the first to develop and sell a forward-projecting LED light bar, according to the company.

Alan Roach, owner and lead engineer for Baja Designs, and product development engineer Stephen “Tex” Mitchell were avid Baja 1000 motorcycle racers who were able to fine-tune a motorcycle’s light optics when the company was founded. As a result, Baja Design lights have been on winning professional and amateur motorcycles-and in the ATV Baja 1000 class-for more than 15 years, according to the company.
