The All-New 2025 Roush RT6 F-150 From Roush Performance

With a fully integrated 6-inch suspension system, performance upgrades & iconic styling, the RT6 is ready for the roads less taken…

Roush Performance—provider of top-of-the-line aftermarket superchargers, engines and pre-titled performance vehicles—has announced its newest 2025 F-150 production vehicle, the Roush RT6. Drawing on decades of engineering and motorsports development, the RT6 fuses performance upgrades with iconic styling, delivering improved capability and premium build quality while maintaining OEM safety standards, company officials stated in a press release.

At the heart of the RT6 is the all-new Roush 6.0 Performance Suspension System, which has been purpose‑built by Roush to increase ground clearance while preserving on‑road driveability. Precision‑engineered lift spindles set the geometry, with front coil-overs, twin‑tube dampers and progressive‑rate springs. Heavy‑duty front knuckles, compression arms and tuned sway bars help maintain control on the trails.

In the rear, traction bars help manage axle motion for improved stability and traction under acceleration. The high‑clearance crossmembers are protected by a 1/4‑inch laser‑cut skid plate, adding strength and protection. Each component is designed, tested and tuned by the engineers at Roush to function as a cohesive system, delivering reliability and performance on every drive, noted the release.

The RT6’s Enhanced Styling & Off-Road Performance

The RT6’s elevated stance is matched with several exterior upgrades that provide enhanced styling and off-road performance. Airflow improvements come from the high-flow front Roush grille with integrated lighting and the hood’s functional heat extractors. Wide, paint-matched fender flares (model dependent) provide additional clearance and presence, and a Roush front bumper cover completes the front fascia.

The 2025 Roush RT6 grips the ground with 35-inch General Tire Grabber A/TX All-Terrain tires wrapped around satin black 20-inch Roush Off-Road Wheels. Roush says its signature cat-back exhaust, paired with dual black laser-etched dual exhaust tips on Lariat and higher trim XLT models, gives the RT6 an assertive tone.

Signature Roush details are found throughout the F-150. Custom RT6 badging on the hood and tailgate, Roush fender extractors, Jack Roush signature graphic and model-dependent Roush puddle lamps complete the exterior enhancements. Inside, Roush custom‑molded floor liners help keep the cabin clean, and Roush “R” key fobs and a hitch cover come standard.

 Available Packages for the RT6

The optional Premium Package adds the Roush Performance Active Exhaust System, a Roush Performance Off‑Road Lighting System with a front amber light bar and rear bumper LED floods, a Roush Carbon Fiber Interior Trim Package and a Roush integrated overhead auxiliary switch panel to control lighting and accessories.

Additional upgrades include the Roush Premium Leather Interior Package (available in Coffee Brown & Black or Raven Black), the Roush Ready Package (console vault, utility kit and jump starter), a Roush Bedside Graphic Package in black or silver and Roush Off‑Road Ditch Lights with covers by Diode Dynamics.

The 2025 Roush RT6 starts at $23,995 above the original vehicle’s purchase price and is backed by a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.
