The AAM Group Adds Josh Lubitz to Supplier Relations Team

The AAM Group has announced the hire of Josh Lubitz as a supplier relations leader. In his new role, Lubitz will be working with the supplier relations team to help better serve AAM Group members and suppliers and grow sales, company officials stated in a press release.
Lubitz has dedicated over 30 years to the automotive aftermarket industry, gaining experience across multiple segments, including retail, wholesale distribution and manufacturing. He began his career in retail at a truck accessory shop before transitioning into wholesale distribution.
Over the years, Lubitz expanded his expertise as an independent manufacturers representative and went on to hold key roles at industry-leading companies such as Rhino-Rack, WeatherTech, Bestop, and Leer. His diverse background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain, from end-user sales to manufacturer operations, making him a valuable asset in navigating the evolving needs of the aftermarket sector, noted the release.
“I’m really excited to join the AAM team and start working with each of the members to get to know their businesses and work toward common goals of growth and success,” Lubitz said.
