Team Allied Distribution has acquired Gator Products Inc., a Missouri-based under-car exhaust warehouse distributor. The acquisition enhances Team Allied’s operations and expands its territorial reach throughout the Midwest, according to officials.

The integration includes Gator Products’ distribution operations, assets, onsite inventory, and the onboarding of a talented team. Team Allied has significantly invested in integrating new systems, introducing new product lines, and enhancing inventory management to better meet and exceed customer needs in the region.

Established in 1979, Gator Products specializes in the distribution of aftermarket automotive exhaust products and emissions components. The company operates from two key facilities in Springfield and Bridgeton (St. Louis metro), Missouri, with over 34,000 square feet of warehouse capacity. Gator Products extends its capabilities beyond wholesale distribution through in-house manufacturing and assembly, an internal delivery fleet, and services multiple distribution channels. Its distribution network covers the great states of MO, OK, TN, AR, IL, KS, and KY. Most importantly, a knowledgeable and dedicated team with over 45 years of industry experience.
