SuperSprings International announced the appointment of Adam Trowbridge as chief operating officer. As the company continues to scale, this move reflects an intentional investment in leadership to support strong, sustained growth and build on the foundation laid by an already high-performing team, stated company officials in a press release.

Trowbridge brings more than 20 years of operational leadership across manufacturing, automotive and consumer goods. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer at Westin Automotive, where he oversaw multiple business units and led strategic growth efforts across product development, operations and manufacturing. Under his leadership, Westin expanded its portfolio, streamlined operations, and strengthened its position as a category leader in the aftermarket space.

Prior to his time at Westin, Trowbridge spent nearly two decades at Transamerican Auto Parts and 4 Wheel Parts, where he held leadership roles across finance, supply chain, operations and brand management. As part of the executive team, he led a transformational shift to category management and several cross-functional growth initiatives. From developing new products and their go-to-market strategies to building out distribution centers and determining the most effective supply chain strategies, Trowbridge’s experience in the aftermarket industry runs deep, noted the press release.

“We’ve got a strong team and a strong trajectory,” said Gerry Lamberti, CEO of SuperSprings International. “Adam is here to help us scale the business. His experience, particularly in this industry, is exactly what we need as we grow into new markets, expand our product lines, and take service to the next level.”

SuperSprings’ Commitment to Its Next Phase of Growth

The company says Trowbridge’s leadership approach is rooted in collaboration and alignment—something that matches SuperSprings International’s values closely. His track record of success in the automotive aftermarket makes him a natural fit for a company experiencing rapid growth and increasing demand from OEM, DTC and distribution partners.

“What impressed me most about SuperSprings is the team—they’re passionate, capable, and deeply committed to their mission,” said Trowbridge. “The company has built something special, and I’m looking forward to helping take it even further. There’s so much opportunity ahead.”

Trowbridge will oversee daily operations and help lead the company through its next phase of growth, supporting new product development, increased manufacturing output and global expansion.
