Roadster Auction Will Benefit The Austin Hatcher Foundation
Bid on the special build from Jan. 12-19 at the Bring A Trailer website…
The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer, an official SEMA Cares Charity and “Proud Charity” of IMSA, will be auctioning a custom-built Factory Five Racing Mk4 Roadster on the Bring A Trailer website.
The custom Cobra was built by cancer patients, siblings and families at the foundation’s Education Advancement Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
For 16 consecutive years, AHF has built up its unique Industrial Arts Therapy Program, working alongside esteemed partners to create meaningful experiences for young cancer patients and their loved ones.
This year’s project is the 16th full car build the foundation has completed since 2006.
The Foundation’s Industrial Arts – STEAM Therapy program serves a multipurpose function: first, to introduce and educate a STEM-based trade to children of all ages, and second, to treat and improve coordination deficits, behavioral, memory loss, learning and many other deficits as results of childhood cancer for both the affected child and their siblings.
The auction for the “No Strings White” Mk4 Roadster with Can-Can Red interior will be held Jan. 12-19, 2024.
