Off-Road Shop Jumps into Manufacturing Business

Sam’s 4×4 has introduced its new 7-inch LED headlight set that’s compatible with almost all 7-inch headlamps, according to the shop. These plug-and-play LED lights are one of the products from the brand new Sam’s Offroad line for Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU models.

The high-output LEDs meet DOT requirements for on-road use but were built for better illumination during nighttime trail rides, according to Sam’s 4×4.

“We’ve been driving, repairing and customizing Jeeps for years,” said John Guffey, general manager of Sam’s 4×4. “Our team has dealt with the splicing, cutting, and adjustments that some aftermarket headlamps require. When we decided to start the Sam’s Offroad product line, we knew we wanted high quality, durable products that were easy to install. These headlamps definitely fit that description. Buyers can find a step-by-step installation video on our site that illustrates the simplicity of the task.”

This Sam’s Offroad LED set produces 5600 kelvin, creating a light that’s similar to natural daylight. These LEDs use less energy than stock headlights and output 40 watts on low beam and 80 watts on high beam, according to the shop.

Sam’s 4×4 was founded in 1984 to provide the best parts, service, and prices to the off-road market. The shop’s latest venture is adding a new line of their own products to its catalog.

Sam’s 4×4 also services and restores SUVs at its shop in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
