Restylers Partner to Create Specialized Shop Management Software

Restylers Partner to Create Specialized Shop Management Software | THE SHOPTwo restylers have partnered to launch Restyler Connect, a provider of a specialized shop management software designed for restylers and vehicle accessory businesses, the company announced.

Josh Poulson, owner of Ohio-based Auto Additions and winner of both the 2022 SEMA Person of the Year and 2012 SEMA PRO Restyler of the Year awards, has partnered with Tom Waitzman, owner of DPS Restyling Shop in Chicago and 2021 PRO Cup Challenge winner, to create the new company.

The software, Poulson said, integrates multiple components of a shop’s workflow, including leads, work orders, scheduling, tech commissions and more, while using existing accounting software.

“For many years, I have tried to find a software that really works to run my business in our niche industry. I have tried service and body shop software but either they are too complicated or not efficient,” Poulson said. “We have a unique industry and Restyler Connect solves all of the pain points of running a restyling shop. I have managed to go almost 100% paperless while making it easier for my employees and spending a fraction of the cost.”
