RelaDyne Acquires Circle Lubricants

RelaDyne, provider of lubricants, fuel, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) and industrial reliability services, has partnered with New York-based Circle Lubricants, a provider of lubricants, DEF and automotive products.

This acquisition will expand RelaDyne’s geographic density into the Northeast, enabling the company to offer more lubricant and automotive products throughout New York, New Jersey and its surrounding geographies.
